Group Workouts...BIKE: Time Trials

This year we will be offering two courses. The first course is on Oro Line 1 South between the 5th/6th sideroad and Highway 11. This is a 20km 3 loop course with a bit of a hill in the middle. Great for training for those Muskoka races. Our 2nd course is a 1 loop 15km course on Ingram Rd (just off Penetanguishene Rd, just south of Hwy 400). This will be a fast one!
The time trial is an individual activity. There is no drafting permitted in the time trial. Riders will go off at 30 second intervals and race the clock to improve their times each week! Prizes are given out at the end of the year for the fastest overall Male and Female and the most consistent Male and Female riders.
Starting in 2017, the Club will be purchasing timing equipment, where your lap times are automatically recorded for your laps through a chip attached to your ankle and instantly updated online to our Webscorer software. You can view your lap times each week, and see where you are sitting in the overall Series standings.
