Ask anyone who has participated in an athletic event, whether it's running, biking, swimming, or any combo of the three, and they will tell you that seeing the finish line is the sweetest sight. It means the sweating, heavy breathing and pain is about to end.

What if I was to tell you that there is a way of getting to the finish line faster than you ever thought possible?

Welcome to the world of speed work, for triathletes of all abilities. Our interval-based training program is designed for runners who want to get faster, and the beauty of it is, you set your own pace. The workouts are designed to help your legs perform when they're tired, to help you get comfortable feeling uncomfortable.

It doesn't matter what your current speed is; if you want to improve then stop making excuses and get your butt out the door on Wednesday nights for an incredibly rewarding group workout. It's time to find out what you're capable of.
