The Barrie Baydogs Triathlon Club are pleased to announce MEC as a funding partner of the leading edge Baydogs Mentoring Program. This funding will be used to enhance the program effectiveness, as well as funding surveys, research, documentation, automating participant profiles, and a best practices report. This year, group mentoring will be introduced in addition to the one-on-one pairings.
The Mentoring program is offered free of charge to Baydogs members and is led by Mentoring Coordinator Laurie Hunt. The program has been instrumental in the growth and development of both new and experienced athletes.
