New this year: 2 days for 2 different groups, optimize your individual time
Goal: 2 hours in water, all feedback on deck, form, video analysis
Max 12 participants per day, 1 coach
Session 1: Saturday Jan 20th: beginner, new to club, first triathlon, try a tri, sprint and olympic level
Session 2: Saturday Jan 27th: novice, advanced, long distance (1/2IM and IM)

* About Darian Silk – Completed his first triathlon in 1997 and has been involved in endurance sports ever since. He has received undergraduate and graduate degrees in exercise physiology and was a member of the USATriathlon Elite Coach Mentorship Program at the US Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs. Darian is also a Certified Exercise Physiologist.
From 2007-2013 he was the coach of the Columbia University Triathlon Club in Manhattan, NY where he helped the club win 6 consecutive Ivy-League Triathlon Championships and coached the club to their best-ever finish at the USATriathlon Collegiate National Championships.
Darian currently coaches for Team Atomica Triathlon Swim Team and teaches Fitness Assessment at Humber College and the University of Guelph-Humber.
